In Antigone, I think that it is going to be aboutOedius found his mom or some other “god” found his mom or found out that he/shewas married to a family member. Possibly a girl wanted to find his mom and or dad. –JackyVergil

I think Antigone’s story is going to be very similar toOedipus Rex and have some sort of tragedy in her life and result in her or another person's death.

B. I think that in Antigone, there will be a personin a leadership position who is faced with some issue that is inevitable.Because of the fact that the conflict is inevitable, perhaps the ending will betragic, much like it was in Oedipus Rex.

Tragic Hero:The protagonist of a tragedy; a hero that has one major flaw, and a hero thatthe audience has compassion for.
Based on my reading andthe class performances on the play OedipusRex (Oedipus the King), I believe that the play Antigone will be the experiences of the daughter of Oedipus,Antigone, after his exile for killing his father and sleeping with his mother. I believe this because at the end of Oedipus Rex, the writer Aristotle madehints at Oedipus’s daughters Antigone and Ismene. Also, he mentioned them without revealingtheir backgrounds or reactions to their father’s exile, which could be reservedfor another book.

I agree with Matti because I think that the ending of Antigone might be tragic like in Oedipus.
